The video features how the Constituency Core Group (comprising key GRLs and religious or community partners like the VWOs, Schools, Associations, etc within the constituency) share ideas, build friendship and foster better understanding with each other through the teambuildng programme. "Building our Networks of Trust" is crucial and important as members of the Core group can know each other well enough to work together and to ensure quick activation and coordinated response to counter any possible divisive forces within the community during a crisis. The video also features interviews with participants who shared their views on the need of the Community Engagement Programme (CEP) and the success of the Constituency Core Group Teambuilding Programme.
