Media Emergency Forum

In July 2006, MICA set up a Media Emergency Forum to provide a platform for open and frank exchange of views between our domestic media and the Government on crisis issues. The forum was launched by Dr Lee Boon Yang, Minister for Information, Communications and the Arts. Issues discussed at the platform have included the threats of avian flu and terrorism.
