Northwest CDC is injecting the element of religious understanding into its popular brisk walking activity. On 3 Jan 2010, 450 members from Northwest CDC's brisk walking club took part in "Harmony Walk@North West", they visited the Bright Hill Temple and attended a talk on Buddhism after their workout at the Seletar Reservoir.
