Dr Henry C. Lee, one of the world's foremost forensic scientists, was guest speaker for the Commissioner of Police's Lecture organised by the Singapore Senior Police Officers' Association on 17 May 2008. Dr Lee has rendered forensic expertise to many law enforcement organisations in more than 6,000 cases, including the OJ Simpson case in USA, the re-investigation into the assassination of former US President JFK, as well as war crimes in Bosnia and Croatia.
