Exercise Blockstar began! Exercise Blockstar played out an exercise scenario involving an incendiary fire. In the next few scenes, COP members would assist with putting out fires, administering basic first aid care and evacuating residents from an affected block before the arrival of the first responders. Other participating agencies included the SPF, SCDF and Khoo Teck Puat Hospital.

The COP members rushed to the scene and moved the victims away from the site of danger. Thereafter, they provided basic first aid to the injured before the arrival of the first responders.
